Do not thaw the momo — cook from frozen.
Add water to a steamer pot and bring it to a boil.
Lightly grease the steamer tray or line with baking paper to prevent sticking.
Place frozen momo in a single layer with a little space in between.
Cover with a lid and steam for 10–12 minutes (or until the wrapper is soft and shiny).
Remove and serve hot with momo sauce / chutney.
